SHIPPING

We operate our UK delivery service Royal Mail, 1st class "signed for". You will have access to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website 

£5.99 - inland up to £250

Over £250 - postage free (inland)

Overseas - please contact us direct 

Deliveries to UK offshore addresses may take longer. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on UK Public Holidays. At present time, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • London (Zones 1-6) - 3-5 working days
  • Rest of UK - 5-7 working days
  • Rest of the World - 7-10 working days

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We do not leave orders at a pick-up location, a designated safe place or with a neighbour, unless specified by you. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a nominated third party. This is no problem, however we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are only applicable to orders made on ellisrichardssilverware.myshopify.com

Any product that fails the quality inspection, as exclusively determined by Ellis Richards Silverware's Customer Service team (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Any products that are personalised (embossed, engraved, etc) cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, unless we are at fault.

A box set containing several items may only be returned for refund as a whole, with all of the original items, except in cases relating to warranty.

We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your legal rights.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ellis@ellisrichardssilverware.co.uk

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ellis@ellisrichardssilverware.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full amount of your purchase.

We cannot guarantee safe delivery of your returned item.
